Walter started his career in financial services as a tax accountant, working in accounting firms for 8 years, with a strong focus on small businesses and individuals.
In following his passion for personal finance, he started working with AMP in 2014. Using his accounting experience, he has been able to help his clients ‘make sense of their numbers’ and thereby gain a much better understanding of their personal financial position.
Walter helps clients to discover realistic and achievable goals, then works closely with each client to map out a journey that will help them achieve those goals. He prides himself on his openness, honesty and integrity, and will go above and beyond to ensure a great outcome.
Always wanting to attain the most highly regarded qualifications in his field, Walter has recently commenced the Certified Financial Planning program, an internationally recognised qualification in the financial planning industry.
When he isn’t working on spreadsheets, Walter loves exploring the Illawarra region with his young family.
